Rafael is an experienced management consultant with a strong, demonstrated capacity to leverage human capital for the benefit of organizations and people alike. In his ten plus years of innovative implementation of human resource tools, practices and approaches, he has been able to overcome widespread organizational challenges, and successfully implement and realize the benefits of meaningful, lasting, and profitable change.
Rafael’s area of specialty, including his doctoral thesis, is beneficial, organizational change. More often than not, this involves robust succession planning, exploration and encapsulation of leadership identity in specific contexts, and the subsequent management of all related matters. Rafael has produced positive organizational enhancements, ensuring business continuity and appropriate risk mitigation across the global, regional, and local organizations.
Rafael is a published author on organizational behaviour and human resource management, and a recognized researcher and innovator in these fields. Rafael has taught leadership, organizational succession planning, change management, human behaviour and management. He has also been awarded “Honourable Professor” ten times in four years, a substantial achievement for any facilitator / instructor. Rafael is multi-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Rafael received his doctorate in social and work psychology from the University of São Paulo, and has a master’s in health psychology from Methodist University, São Paulo. He also has a certification in Advanced Leadership and Change Management from the London School of Business and Finance, and is an active member of the Mentoring Committee for the HRPA – Halton Chapter.
