Founded in 2004, ENGAGE HR™ is an Ontario based Human Resources (HR) Consulting firm that provides a full suite of professional services related to human capital and change to assist organizations in creating an engaged, high-performing workforce across all generations and people. ENGAGE HR™ recognizes one-size does not fit all. As a full-service practice, our consultants seek to understand the complexity of each organization, developing innovative, sustainable and supportive solutions to meet agency, department or team needs.
Our team has strong roots in teaching and facilitating with adult learners, as well as consulting. We enjoy sharing, collaboration with others, and developing innovate approaches to help solve complex challenges. We also have significant unionized workforce experience.

Career Transition
ENGAGE HR™ has been providing independent consulting and career transition services for over ten years. ENGAGE HR™ provides the support of a Human Resources Professional who will help navigate the emotional challenges that accompany a job change. Our Career Counsellor will be there to help guide through each step of the career transition: skills-assessment, coaching, target company research, resume/on-line profile development, networking, interviewing, and negotiating an offer for a new position. ENGAGE HR™ has programs suitable for all levels of employees, ranging from entry level to senior management. This program includes useful tools, assessments, and personal counselling with a designated ENGAGE HR™ Career Counsellor.
Executive / Managerial Development
We assist individuals and teams in recognizing strengths and addressing areas for improvement in a supportive learning environment. 360° Feedback, creation of a Personal Development Plan, and engagement of work-related behaviours, relationships and opportunities.
