As a seasoned Human Resources professional and consultant, Amelie has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and consulting services in diversified environments.
She held various roles within international companies such as PwC, Hewitt and PepsiCo, including an executive role as V.P HR at Swissport Canada, a federally regulated company. HR subject matter expert, Amelie led HR best practices across locations in Canada, from directing recruitment strategies and annual plans to leading performance evaluation & development processes, succession & planning programs, as well as coaching managements and executive groups with their leadership skills.
Amelie is well versed in labour relations having handled extensive union negotiations and merges of CBA’s with the CCRI.
She has a great knowledge in Federal and Quebec provincial laws and a thorough understanding of the Canadian national diversities in terms of organizational culture and industries.
She is fluent in both English and French.
