Jeremy has been an educational leader for almost 30 years working in the Ontario College system focused on developing opportunities that created exceptional student learning experiences. Over the last 10 years his aim was to develop student’s critical, creative and reflective thinking capacity so that they were well prepared for the workplace demands of the 21st Century. An advocate of the importance of a growth mindset in leading a strong life filled with passion, mastery and autonomy, he has collaborated with a variety of faculty teams to create innovative programs and courses that develop student’s self-awareness and personal leadership as cornerstones of their lives. In 2017 he started a consultancy focused on developing the capacity of individuals and teams to be more effective critical, creative and reflective thinkers. Current clients include the Ontario Ministry of Education, a School Board and an immigration agency. He has been certified as a Creativity Facilitator by The International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State University and as a Facilitator of Experience Change and Design Thinking by Experience Point. Most recently Jeremy was recognized by the Chair Academy Foundation with the Academy’s Idahlynn Karre Exemplary Leadership Award.

Jeremy had also been a program manager of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Centennial College during the early stage of his career, where he managed the operation of a teaching laboratory that provided academic curriculum and learning resources to 400 students.
