Shawna is an experienced HR professional, with over 9 years of experience, including several years as the HR Manager of a mid-size consulting firm. Throughout her career, Shawna has demonstrated strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing client needs. As an HR generalist, she has acted as a trusted business advisor, providing concise, timely information to ensure business success. With a focus on developing effective HR tools for business, Shawna is able to present information clearly, and develop corresponding training tools to ensure successful implementation.

 

Shawna has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, and an HR Management Diploma from Seneca College. She has held various HR generalist positions with Ernst & Young, Bank of Montreal and was the Canadian HR Lead for Protiviti. In addition, Shawna has extensive experience with many non-profit organizations.
