A client-focused and trusted senior advisor to business owners and executives alike, Yvonne brings more 25+ years of HR leadership and practitioner experience to the ENGAGE HR Team.  Yvonne has regional and country specific experience across the globe, developing and delivering strategic solutions across diverse industries and sectors including real estate, telecommunications, high technology manufacturing, travel and hospitality, and executive education.

 

Recognized for a strong work ethic, integrity and ability to provide practical answers in the achievement of organizational results, Yvonne has led and enabled major transformational initiatives, successful navigating the complexities and ambiguities along the way. As a seasoned HR leader with global experience, Yvonne had led large multi-cultural and inter-generational teams, bringing respectful cohesion and a focus on organizational results.

 

In addition to enabling ENGAGE HR clients, Yvonne is a part-time Faculty Professor with the School of Human Resources and Global Business at Seneca College.  Yvonne holds a Master in Business Administration from the Strathclyde Business School in Scotland, a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in HRM from the National University of Singapore.  Yvonne also holds the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation by the Human Resource Professional Association (Ontario) since 2018.
