Holly has over eight years of experience in human resources management, with a primary focus on working with nonprofit organizations in the developmental services sector and more recent experience with Ontario’s mutual insurance companies. Holly’s experiences as an HR Business Partner provided opportunities for the development and streamlining of various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and performance management. Holly is recognized for her strengths in taking big-picture ideas and turning them into operational realities. With ENGAGE HR™, Holly has supported a wide range of clients in various areas including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, role clarity, and workflows mapping.

 

Holly has completed her Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations degree program at Athabasca University in 2023 and is a graduate of the Business – Human Resources diploma program at Fanshawe College (2016). Holly is currently working through the practicum requirements of an Organizational Culture certification with The Culture Factor Canada. Holly has also been an active member of HRPA (London and District Chapter) since 2016 and currently holds a CHRL designation.
